By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services Provided

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• AI voice receptionist systems

• Appointment booking automation

• Patient follow-up automation via SMS and email

• CRM setup and workflow automation

• Website or funnel setup

• Google review automation systems

• Marketing automation integrations

Services are delivered through platforms such as GoHighLevel and other third-party software providers.

Smart Dental Automations does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as patient volume, revenue increases, or marketing performance.

3. Setup Fees

Certain services require a one-time setup fee.

The setup fee covers:

• system configuration

• onboarding

• workflow setup

• integration with your practice systems

Once onboarding work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable.

4. Subscription Billing

Most services are provided through a monthly subscription.

If a free trial is offered:

• Only the setup fee is charged at checkout

• Monthly billing begins after the trial period ends

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.

6. Payment Authorization

By purchasing services from Smart Dental Automations, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for:

Our systems may integrate with third-party platforms including:

• GoHighLevel

• Stripe

• SMS and email providers

• call tracking systems

Smart Dental Automations is not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Smart Dental Automations is not liable for:

• business losses

• missed opportunities

• lost revenue

• indirect damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous billing cycle.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
